An AI employee is a role-based software agent with a manager, defined responsibilities and access limits. In the concept shown here, it prepares work such as invoice matching or onboarding tasks and sends actions that require approval to a person.
Can AI employees make payments on their own?
In the workflow demonstrated here, AI employees prepare payment batches, while a person approves every payment. The intended model gives each AI employee explicit limits and keeps consequential decisions with the responsible human manager.
Which business functions is Tenxora being built for?
The planned platform brings together finance, purchasing, inventory, sales and people. The interactive concept shows supplier payments, customer invoice reminders, process changes and employee onboarding.
Is the interactive demo a live product?
