Tenxora operates this website to collect interest in its planned AI-native ERP platform.

What you share
When you join, we collect your email address, the optional company name, team size and first use case you provide, the signup source, and the time and wording of your consent.
To limit spam, the form temporarily stores a protected fingerprint derived from the connecting IP address. The waitlist database does not store the raw IP address. Our hosting provider may keep separate server and security logs.
Why we use it
We use your details to manage the waitlist, understand interest in potential workflows, and contact you about pilot opportunities and launch updates you agreed to receive. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
Where it is stored
The website and waitlist database are hosted on our Namecheap hosting account. A notification containing your signup details also goes to contact@tenxora.com for waitlist management. Access is limited to people authorised to manage the waitlist. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
We retain waitlist entries for up to 365 days from signup, unless you request deletion earlier. Database entries are automatically removed by our retention cleanup. The same retention period and deletion requests apply to signup notifications in our mailbox, which we manage separately. Temporary anti-spam records are removed after their protection window has expired. Hosting backups may retain older copies under the hosting provider’s backup schedule.
Website statistics
We use a small statistics tool on our own hosting to understand which public pages are read and how people find Tenxora. It records page-view totals, the page path, referring website hostname when available, and simple source and medium labels from campaign links. It does not store full referring URLs, page query strings, search terms, browser identifiers, or raw IP addresses in the statistics database. It does not send these statistics to an external analytics service.
To estimate daily visitors and reduce repeated or automated requests, the tool uses a protected fingerprint derived from the connecting IP address with a key that changes each day. These temporary fingerprints are removed after at most two calendar days when statistics are next processed. Aggregate statistics are kept for 90 calendar days and expired records are removed when statistics are next processed. Days use Pakistan time. The counts are estimates: shared networks, changing connections, browser privacy settings and blocked requests can affect them.
The statistics tool uses no cookies or browser storage and skips collection when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. We do not link these statistics to individual waitlist entries. Our hosting provider may separately retain access and security logs under its own retention arrangements.
Cookies and the product demo
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The private administration area uses a necessary session cookie to keep authorised administrators signed in. Public visitors do not need an administration session. The interactive concept runs in your browser using example data. Its messages do not go to an AI service and it does not access company systems.
Updates to this notice
We will update this page if the way we handle waitlist information changes. A future Tenxora product or pilot may have its own privacy terms.
