Tenxora · In development and validation

The future of work is people and AI, together.

We believe business software should help people and AI complete work together. Tenxora is building a workspace where conversations, business records and responsibilities connect—from an initial request to a recorded outcome.

Shared controls, appropriate permissions

“People and AI. Same rules.” means common enforcement of company controls. It does not mean everyone has identical access. A person or AI employee should receive only the records, tools and authority appropriate to its role. People set direction and remain accountable for consequential decisions.

From a request to an outcome

  1. Ask and discuss. Describe the result you need. Clarify missing information and link the relevant records.
  2. Prepare a proposal. AI assembles context, drafts the work and highlights uncertainty. A proposal should explain what it would change.
  3. Review and approve. An authorized person checks the evidence and decides whether to proceed. A request to prepare work is not permission to approve or pay.
  4. Execute and record. Permitted actions carry the decision into business records. The team can see the result and anything that still needs attention.

An illustrative supplier-invoice workflow

A finance colleague asks for help reviewing a supplier invoice. An AI employee gathers the invoice, purchase order and receipt, then flags a quantity difference. The colleague asks Purchasing to confirm what arrived. After the discrepancy is resolved, an authorized person reviews the proposed posting. Payment remains a separate human approval.

This is an intended product workflow, not a report of a customer deployment. The useful outcome is a correct record with a clear decision trail, rather than a convincing answer in a chat.

What this changes for a team

The aim is less searching, copying and chasing across disconnected tools. A manager should be able to see what was requested, who approved it, which record changed and where the work stopped. When evidence is missing or a task exceeds an AI role’s limits, the next step should be clarification or escalation.

What we still need to prove

Tenxora is in development and validation. We are working toward dependable complete workflows, including accurate records, appropriate approvals and predictable recovery. Availability depends on the process, country requirements and readiness of the capability. Pilot dates and final pricing have not been announced.

Our commercial ambition is to bring core business applications and governed AI work into one Tenxora subscription. Packages, allowances and usage costs are still being developed; no fixed savings or unlimited usage are promised.
